Specialty portfolio

Functional sheet structures

Specialty structures are engineered when barrier, ESD protection, appearance, sealing or opening performance becomes part of the product specification.

PET High-barrier Sheet

PET high-barrier roll-stock sheet uses a multilayer direction such as PET / EVOH / PE to combine PET rigidity, EVOH oxygen-barrier protection and a heat-sealable PE surface.

Specs
Reference structure PET / EVOH / PE; nominal layer ratio may be reviewed around 82% PET / tie / EVOH / tie / PE. Reference barrier targets include WVTR <= 2 g/(m2 x 24 h) and OTR <= 5 cm3/(m2 x 24 h x atm) under stated test conditions.
Applications
Modified-atmosphere trays, meat and cheese packaging, prepared-food trays, shelf-life-sensitive containers and disposable food containers.
Features
Rigidity plus barrier protection, PE-side heat sealing, shelf-life support and structure tailored to forming depth and sealing equipment.

PET-ESD Sheet

PET-ESD sheet is designed for thermoformed electronics packaging where antistatic, conductive or static-dissipative behavior must be specified before mass production.

Specs
APET / PETG ESD sheet; 0.20-1.50 mm standard gauge, up to 2.00 mm by agreement. Typical target ranges may include antistatic 1 x 10^9 to < 1 x 10^11 ohm, static dissipative 1 x 10^6 to < 1 x 10^9 ohm, and conductive 1 x 10^3 to < 1 x 10^4 ohm depending on grade.
Applications
IC trays, component carrier trays, electronics handling trays, lids, protective covers and industrial inserts.
Features
Flat-sheet and post-forming resistance review, humidity-stability discussion, controlled appearance requirements and lot documentation for approved grades.

PET / PP Easy-peel Sheet

Easy-peel sheet is developed when the finished tray or container must seal securely while still opening cleanly for the user.

Specs
PET or PP base structure with project-specific sealing layer; peel force target, lid compatibility, sealing temperature and dwell time confirmed by application trial.
Applications
Ready-meal trays, deli trays, dairy packs, lidded food containers and controlled-opening packaging.
Features
Controlled opening force, cleaner consumer experience, sealing-window optimization and structure selection based on the customer lid film.

PET Metallized Sheet

PET metallized sheet is selected when packaging requires a premium metallic appearance, stronger shelf impact or selected light-barrier and presentation benefits.

Specs
Metallized surface, base sheet structure, forming depth and appearance target reviewed together.
Applications
Premium packaging, decorative trays, specialty food-service packs and display packaging.
Features
Metallic appearance, brand differentiation and functional appearance development.

CPET and PP Sheet for MAP Containers

CPET and PP MAP container sheet directions are reviewed for trays that need temperature resistance, rigidity, sealing compatibility and modified-atmosphere packaging performance.

Specs
CPET or PP sheet structure, container depth, sealing surface, barrier direction and MAP-lid compatibility confirmed through sample approval.
Applications
MAP food containers, ready-meal trays, protein packaging, chilled or heat-related packaging formats and export retail packs.
Features
MAP container support, heat-resistance discussion, tray rigidity and integrated review of forming, sealing and final packing conditions.
