Surface options

Two ways to improve sheet handling

For APET sheet, silicone coating and anti-block additive directions are selected according to forming speed, stacking, denesting and final-use requirements.

External silicone-coated option

A controlled surface coating can help improve sheet release, reduce blocking during winding and support smoother denesting in selected forming conditions. It is usually evaluated where surface slip must be managed carefully.

Anti-block additive option

An internal anti-block direction can support separation and handling without relying only on a surface coating. It is reviewed against clarity, food-contact requirements and the target forming process.
